How Sunekos works
Sunekos is an Italian treatment that combines hyaluronic acid with amino acids. Together they stimulate fibroblasts, the cells in your skin that produce collagen and elastin.
The hyaluronic acid hydrates the skin and supports cell renewal, and the amino acids are the building blocks of collagen and elastin. Rather than filling an area, Sunekos helps the skin rebuild its own support.
The benefits include improved firmness and elasticity, brighter skin, an improvement in fine lines and wrinkles, and mild volumisation without the traditional filler effect.
Areas that can be treated
Sunekos is used around the eyes for thin, crepey skin, dark circles and fine lines, and on the face and cheeks, especially for smile lines in the lower cheeks. It can also be used on the forehead, neck and décolletage, and hands.
Prices on this page are for the eyes and face. If you are interested in another area, Annie will talk you through it and confirm a price at your consultation.
The treatment course
Sunekos is given as a course of sessions, usually three to four, one to two weeks apart, depending on the area being treated. Full results are seen after three months, and the benefits persist beyond six months.
To maintain results, you can have top-up treatments every few months, or a full course once or twice a year. Annie will recommend what suits your skin. Results vary from person to person.

- Active infection, cold sores or inflamed skin at the treatment site

Questions
Is Sunekos a filler?
No. Sunekos does not fill or reshape an area. It stimulates your skin to produce more collagen and elastin, giving mild volumisation without the traditional filler effect.
How many sessions will I need?
A course of sessions, usually three to four, one to two weeks apart, depending on the area. Annie will confirm your plan at consultation.
When will I see results?
Full results are seen after three months, and the benefits persist beyond six months. Results vary from person to person.
Can Sunekos help dark circles under my eyes?
It can improve the look of thin, crepey skin and dark circles around the eyes. Dark circles have many causes, so Annie will assess yours and be honest about what is realistic.
Is there any downtime?
Very little. The treatment involves a small number of injections with minimal discomfort. As with any injectable, there is a small risk of bruising and mild swelling.
Do I need a consultation first?
Every new client starts with a free, in-person consultation with Annie before any treatment is booked. It is where your medical history is checked, your goals are talked through honestly and realistic results are agreed. If Annie does not think you need a treatment, she will tell you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else. Deposits and any late-cancellation terms are shown when you book through the online booking system.
Do you see clients from Norwich and the surrounding villages?
