Prescription-only treatments
Assessed in person, by your prescriber
Some treatments, such as anti-wrinkle treatment, use a prescription-only medicine. These are only ever prescribed after a face-to-face consultation with Annie, who is an independent prescriber, and the treatment itself is a separate appointment on a later day. That consultation is free, and there is no obligation to go ahead.

How do I book?
Tap Book online on any page. It opens the clinic's secure online booking system, where you choose a treatment or a free consultation and pick a time. If you would rather talk first, call Annie on 07359 836026.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Every new client has a free, in-person consultation with Annie before any treatment is booked, and there is no obligation to go ahead with anything afterwards.
Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. Book the free consultation and tell Annie what you would like to change. She will explain the options, what is realistic and what it would cost.
Can I move or cancel my appointment?
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else. Deposits and any late-cancellation terms are shown when you book through the online booking system.
Will I get a reminder?
Yes. The booking system sends a confirmation straight away and a reminder before your appointment.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. E-gift vouchers from £10 to £200 for any treatment, bought on the same booking system and emailed straight away. See the gift vouchers page for how they work.
What should I bring?
A list of any medication and supplements you take, and details of any previous aesthetic treatment, including what was used and when, if you know. Photographs of results you like, or do not like, can also help.
