If you don't need it, she won't do it
Every treatment is tailored to you as an individual. Annie will explore your expectations, agree realistic outcomes and focus on subtle, natural enhancement. If she does not think you need a treatment, she will not do it.
Prescription-only treatments, such as anti-wrinkle treatment, are only ever prescribed after this face-to-face assessment, and the treatment itself is always a separate appointment on a later day. As an independent prescriber, Annie assesses you and writes the prescription herself, so you see the same person throughout.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Every new client has a free, in-person consultation with Annie before any treatment is booked. There is no charge and no obligation to book anything afterwards.
How long does it take?
Allow around 20 to 30 minutes, so there is time to talk properly and ask questions.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
For some skin treatments, if it is appropriate, there is time and you are comfortable to go ahead. Prescription-only treatments such as anti-wrinkle treatment are never given on the same day: Annie assesses you and writes the prescription at your consultation, and the treatment is a separate appointment. Laser hair removal and filler dissolving need a patch test first. There is never any pressure to decide on the day.
What if Annie thinks I do not need a treatment?
She will tell you. It is one of the founding principles of the clinic: if we don't think you need a treatment, we won't do it.
Do I need to know what I want?
No. Tell Annie what bothers you, in your own words. Working out which treatment, if any, suits you is what the consultation is for.
